Patrick Mahomes has been in the headlines for the past couple of days after he signed signed a record-breaking 10-year, $503 million extension with the Kansas City Chiefs. Now, the star quarterback wants everyone to know how committed he is to the Super Bowl champions.

On a video he posted on his Twitter account, the young QB said that his journey with the Chiefs is just getting started.

The one-minute video took us through Mahomes' first three glorious years with the Chiefs, from being picked 10th overall in the 2017 NFL Draft to Kansas City's historic win in Super Bowl LIV against the San Francisco 49ers. The video had a ton of key snippets from Mahomes' interviews, but a quote from his very first presser has proven to be quite the forecast for the years to come.

“First of all, I just want to say thank you to the Kansas City Chiefs organization for making my dream come true,” Patrick Mahomes said on draft night.

In his three years in the league and at just 24 years old, Mahomes has already established himself as one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL today. Aside from winning it all in the past season, the Texas native has also tallied two Pro Bowl selections and  made it to the 2018 All-Pro First Team. Mahomes is the first and only player in NFL history to have won both the league MVP award and the Super Bowl MVP award before the age of 25.

It's going to be Mahomes time until at least 2030, so if you're a Chiefs fan, better enjoy the ride.
