It has been a wild week for Patrick Beverley. After the Los Angeles Clippers traded him to the Memphis Grizzlies in a multi-player deal for Eric Bledsoe, the veteran guard was sent packing again two days later, this time to the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Amid the back-to-back trades, however, Beverley took the time to send his farewell message to the Clippers along with a video of his highlights playing for the team. On Instagram, Pat Bev kept his message simple, expressing his love for the team and thanking them for allowing him to be himself.

Patrick Beverley certainly had a memorable run with the Clippers. Being sent to LA as part of the Chris Paul trade in 2017, the gritty guard established himself as an importance presence on the court for the team.

While his numbers don't pop outā€“having averaged 8.0 points, 4.6 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.0 steal in his four years with the Clippersā€“he was a pest on defense for LA and provided them with some much-needed dog mentality night in and night out.

The Clippers will certainly miss every aspect of Beverley's game. However, as they try to go over the hump and finally make it to the NBA Finals, they really needed to make some key changes that would improve their depth.

For what it's worth, should he stay with the Wolves, Beverley should be a great addition for a Minnesota team needing a vocal presence on and off the court.
