The LA Clippers came into a tough matchup against the Portland Trail Blazers with a 3-0 record, and nearly came out of it with their first loss of the season. That is, until Blake Griffin came to the rescue with a game winning three-pointer at the buzzer.

With time winding down after the ball was inbounded, the play was set for Griffin to get the ball at the top of the key and try to score a quick two-pointer. That play fell through, and a Patrick Beverley screen helped Griffin get open for the triple.

Griffin finished the game with 25 points, 8 rebounds, and five assists. Of his 25 points, 16 of them came in the fourth and final period to help LA pull out the win and remain undefeated. The Clippers kept pace with the Spurs as the only two undefeated teams in the NBA.
