The Los Angeles Clippers can always count on “Sweet Lou” Williams when they need buckets in crucial situations, and he delivered once more against the Portland Trail Blazers.

With superstar Kawhi Leonard being blanketed closely in the dying seconds of the Clips’ 107-101 home victory against the Blazers on Thursday, Lou Williams decided to take it upon himself. He delivered the dagger to put away the pesky squad.

L.A. was clinging to a one-point advantage when Williams calmly brought the ball downcourt.

Being guarded by the taller Marjo Hejonza after a switch, Williams created some space after a few dribbles and launched a booming triple at the right wing to sink the Blazers.
