Cloud9 League of Legends is receiving some changes, starting with Ibrahim “Fudge” Allahi going back to top lane after his one split stint as a mid laner. Not only this, it seems Jesper “Zven” Svenningsen will be their support for the upcoming LCS Summer 2022 Split.

Cloud9 had many eyes on their squad at the beginning of the LCS Spring 2022 Split. Fresh off the off-season, the organization has acquired Nick “LS” DeCesare as a coach, and three new members of the starting roster. Fudge swapped to mid to make way for top laner Park “Summit” Woo-tae straight from the LCK.

According to Upcomer, C9 is looking to put Fudge back to top lane and is expressing interest to promote Academy mid laner Jouhan “Copy” Pathmanathan. Copy aside, Cloud9 is also looking into other mid options, such as their old mid laner Yasin “Nisqy” Dinçer, but Nisqy reportedly chose to play for LEC team MAD Lions instead.

Zven is also headed for the support role, if his match history is anything to go by. There is no news about where current Cloud9 support Kim “Winsome” Dong-keon is headed if this change will push through.

It seems that for the LCS Summer 2022 Split, the most likely lineup for Cloud9 is:

  • Top Lane: Ibrahim “Fudge” Allahi
  • Jungle: Robert “Blaber” Huang
  • Mid Lane: Jouhan “Copy” Pathmanathan
  • Bot Lane: Park “Berserker” Woo-tae
  • Support: Jesper “Zven” Svenningsen
  • Substitute Jungler: Dennis “Svenskeren” Johnsen
