The Indianapolis Colts have had ten days to prepare and get healthy for the New York Jets but that isn't enough time to get T.Y Hilton and Jack Doyle on the field.

According to Mike Wells of ESPN, Colts coach Frank Reich referred to both their statuses as week to week on Wednesday which would make it appear they won't be with the team on Sunday.

Doyle has been out with a hip injury since week two, and Hilton suffered his hamstring injury during the 4th quarter of week four.

Andrew Luck has already been playing with guys that aren't big name guys, and now some of the young guys will have to step up even more. Hilton is the receiving leader on the team with 294 yards, but Eric Ebron, Ryan Grant and Chester Rodgers all have at least 200 yards through the air this year.

Luck will also have to be dealing with a new offensive line pairing after guard Matt Slauson was placed on IR. He suffered a broken spine during the third quarter of the Colts game against the Patriots but continued to finish out the game.

“I'm mad at myself, looking back at it, because I continued to play after getting injured,” Slauson said. “I didn't miss a snap. I didn't have any restrictions movement-wise, but I was having some feelings, some sensations in my body that you would not hope for. It was the dumbest thing I've ever done. I just wanted to be out there for my teammates.”

The Colts have an uphill battle this weekend and if they want to win, a lot of the load is going to fall on Luck.
