Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott is having a phenomenal offseason. After signing a massive four-year, $160 million extension with America's team last March, he landed another contract that puts him in elite category–well, Michael Jordan territory.

According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Prescott just ditched Adidas to sign a massive five-year deal with the Jordan Brand. With that, he becomes the only QB, Cowboys player and the highest-paid NFL player on the roster of the brand.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Schefter noted in his report that it is a “ground-breaking deal' which the two parties look to take advantage of as Prescott's rise continues.

Dak Prescott has been with Adidas since being drafted by the Cowboys at 135th overall in Round 4 of the 2016 NFL Draft. Right after his selection, he tweeted his partnership with the sports retail giant.

It is worth noting, though, the deal of the Cowboys signal-caller with the Michael Jordan brand didn't come as a surprise for many. After all, last May, he was spotted in team activities sporting Jordan sneakers.

Given Prescott's status and the fact that he plays for arguably the biggest football market, more details about the deal with the Jordan Brand are expected to come out soon.

For now, Dak is certainly enjoying the moment as more opportunities on and off the field come to him.
