The Dallas Cowboys have become the epitome of failed expectations as they missed out on another playoff experience under Jason Garrett's watch. With his job seemingly on the line, Dak Prescott expressed his support for the only professional head coach he's ever known.

Michael Gehlken of the Dallas Morning News talked to the quarterback ahead after the Cowboys' season finale against the Washington Redskins, stating that he ‘of course' wants Garrett back.

It's worth noting, Garrett has been with the Cowboys since 2010 and is yet to make the NFC Championship Game with the team. There's surely pent-up frustration building up, and it's becoming all the more obvious that Garrett may not be the answer going forward.

It also seems like Jerry Jones may be making significant changes to the Cowboys in the offseason. He's said multiple times that he has a strong team, but he's expressed his frustrations with the team's inability to win football games recently.

“We’ll have several busy days … ahead. I don’t have any comments … to share about any pending decisions about coaches, players, anything within the organization at this time,” Jones said, via Andrew Holleran of The Spun.

There are a couple of names being mentioned as favorites to replace Jason Garrett, but it remains to be seen what will ultimately end up happening in the offseason. With Dak Prescott's contract expiring, too, it adds an extra interesting layer to the situation.
