Craig Sager has been receiving lots of love from the NBA as he continues his battle with leukemia.

Players are wearing gear in honor of him during interviews, and Jordan Brand made a special Air Jordan shoe for him, among other tributes.

Sager recently received another act of goodwill – but this time, it came around to him again when his hometown Chicago Cubs won the World Series.

Sager had placed a $1,000 bet on the team to win it all as he does every year. After 35 years of bets, he finally won, and his son, Craig Sager Jr., posted on twitter to congratulate him.

Hopefully he buys quite a unique outfit when he returns to work.
