Even if he now considers Los Angeles his home, Clippers‘ center DeAndre Jordan has not forgotten his roots and where he grew up.
The Texas native is proud of his hometown and continues to be a fan of the Dallas Cowboys, who he has been cheering for since he was a kid. Recently, his team lost to the New York Giants and saw their rookie quarterback Dak Prescott play the worst game of his young career.
When asked to give his thoughts about the Cowboys' unexpected loss, the 28-year-old Texas A&M product quickly defended his team by reminding the haters about their season record and also said that Prescott does not deserve getting criticism at this point.
It seemed like more questions were about to be asked to him but he was obviously in a rush to get in his car and leave immediately. However, the door did not cooperate and got stuck in the curb until someone helped free it.
The Cowboys will look to bounce back from their loss and try to get back to their winning ways against the Tamba Bay Buccaneers on Sunday.
Should they win, it will be interesting to hear how Jordan will respond if he gets asked to give his reaction to it. He certainly hopes they will be able to come out victorious with Prescott leading the way as he does not want him or the Cowboys to get criticized once again.
