The Miami Dolphins will have a new look with Brian Flores as their head coach. They could also play in frosty environments late in their 2019 season.

During the upcoming campaign, the Dolphins will likely have four cold-weather games near the end of their schedule. Their first game that has the potential of being in the cold is their Week 12 game against the Cleveland Browns in late November.

After that, the Dolphins will swim their way to New York to take on the Jets and the Giants in Weeks 14 and 15. Lastly, the Dolphins will unfortunately have to complete their season by traveling to Foxborough to play the New England Patriots in Week 17.

The Dolphins will have only three home games after their Week 10 bout against the Indianapolis Colts on the road. Luckily, that game will be played indoors since the Colts have a dome.

Their three home games in Weeks 11 through 17 are against the Buffalo Bills, Philadelphia Eagles, and the Cincinnati Bengals. Flores and Company will want to get started quickly since they have four home games in their first five contests. All four of those home games come against teams which made the playoffs in 2018. Therefore, wins aren't going to come easily for the first-year head coach.

The Dolphins will want to end the Patriots' 10-year run of winning the division, but their schedule isn't doing them any favors. This is especially true on the back end of their schedule, where they could play four cold-weather games and will have to end the season in New England.
