James Bond actor Pierce Brosnan is heading to court after entering an area at Yellowstone National Park that he wasn't supposed to.
The actor ventured into a restricted thermal area of the park, so he's charged with “Foot travel in all thermal areas and w/in Yellowstone Canyon confined to trails…and Violating closures and use limits,” CNN reports.

Regarding the thermal areas, visitors are advised many things. According to PEOPLE, some rules state: “Do not travel through thermal areas after dark; Stock are not permitted in thermal areas; Altering or putting objects in thermal features is prohibited; and swimming, soaking or bathing in water that are entirely of thermal origin is prohibited.”
It's advised for all visitors to remain on the established walkways. It's important because the “pools are acidic enough to burn through boats.”
He was cited Tuesday and is ordered to appear January 23 at the Yellowstone Justice Center.
