The 2017 NBA Finals between the Golden State Warriors and Cleveland Cavaliers is set to continue on Monday night with the series shifting back to Oracle Arena.

With the Warriors holding the opportunity to close out the series on their home floor, Darren Rovell of ESPN is reporting that a fan has purchased tickets for the game at a record-setting price.

It's quite a hefty price to pay for seats to a sporting event, but with the stakes being where they currently are with the Warriors being in the position to put a stamp on a nearly unblemished playoff run it has the build up for a monumental moment in league history.

Golden State has steamrolled through the postseason mostly unchallenged that has led to them setting the longest win streak by any team in one of the four major North American professional sports leagues. In fact, a victory on Monday night would give them the franchise's fifth NBA championship while cementing the highest winning percentage in a single playoff appearance (.941) eclipsing the 2000-01 Los Angeles Lakers, who had a 15-1 record with a .938 winning mark.

There is clearly a lot on the table on both sides with LeBron James and the Cavaliers looking to claw their way to another win in the series in hopes of keeping their chances of repeating alive. This should all make for a highly competitive and intense game with an NBA title on the line.
