Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever are set to take on Cameron Brink and the Los Angeles Sparks on Friday night. Both teams own losing records right now, however, Clark and Brink are two of the most talked about athletes in the WNBA right now. As a result, the tickets for Friday night's contest have seemingly skyrocketed.

The Fever-Sparks game is taking place in LA's Crypto Arena and is reportedly expected to be sold out, per Arash Markazi of the Sporting Tribune. Ticket prices have seemingly gone up as well, with the average ticket costing $251.

“Tonight's Los Angeles Sparks-Indiana Fever game at Crypto Arena is expected to be sold out by tip-off. It's the hottest ticket on the secondary market in L.A. Average Price: $251 Cheapest Ticket: $76 Cheapest Lower Bowl Ticket: $120 Most Expensive Ticket: $2,445”

If this isn't proof that the WNBA is growing then I don't know what is. Caitlin Clark is one of the most popular athletes in the USA right now and Cameron Brink has grown her fanbase as well. In fact, nearly every star in the league has largely benefited with Clark playing pro basketball. More eyes are on the league than ever before and the future looks bright for everyone involved.

Although the Fever have yet to win a game, Caitlin Clark is playing rather well. She is clearly developing her game and adjusting to the professional level. However, she looks solid after averaging 17.8 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 5.8 assists per game. Meanwhile, Cameron Brink is averaging 6.0 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 3.7 blocks per game.

Can Cameron Brink develop into a superstar?

Brink proved to be a difference-maker during her days at Stanford. She finished her collegiate career averaging 17.4 points, 11.9 rebounds, and 3.1 blocks per game. That's the type of production that can help any team in the WNBA. So, the Sparks will want to develop Brink as much as they can.

She has all the tools needed to be a superstar in the league. But Cameron Brink has to start putting things together. Luckily, it's her rookie year and mistakes are expected. All that matters right now is that Brink continues developing her game. Based on how good she was in college, it should be expected that she turns into that star the Sparks need.

It'll be interesting to see her career play out alongside Caitlin Clark. Due to the fact that Cameron Brink was taken No. 2 overall in the WNBA Draft, Brink and Clark will be connected throughout their entire careers. With that said, Clark is a bit further advanced in her development right now. But give Brink some time and she can become a dominant forward for the Sparks.

Make sure to tune into the Fever-Sparks game on Friday as tip-off is at 10 P.M. Eastern.
