UFC Heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou is not exactly a fan of his old coach Fernand Lopez and former training partner Ciryl Gane. The three men were in the same building at UFC 268 and things weren't exactly friendly.

Francis Ngannou is set to defend his heavyweight title against Ciryl Gane at UFC 270 in January. The fight is considered one of the best available at heavyweight.

The three men in question were all backstage at UFC 268 when Ngannou walked down the same hallway as Lopez and Gane. The champion walked straight forward without even a glance in Gane's direction.

This turned into a hilarious video that saw Ciryl Gane and Fernand Lopez look perplexed. You can hear Gane say “Pourquoi il n’a pas dit bonjour?” in French, which translates to “Why didn't he say hello?”

To add some context to Ciryl Gane's question. In France, the hello is very important. Not saying hello is considered extremely disrespectful. Especially when the two people know each other as well as Francis Ngannou and Gane.

The men will be able to settle their differences at UFC 270 when power meets technique. Fernand Lopez will have a point to prove after everything that went down between both teams.

Francis Ngannou had put a lot of blame on Fernand Lopez for his losses to Stipe Miocic and Derrick Lewis. The two split and now Ngannou trains at Xtreme Couture in Las Vegas.

UFC 270 takes place on January 22, 2022. Francis Ngannou defends his UFC heavyweight title against Ciryl Gane in a highly anticipated matchup.
