The Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster versions for the first three Final Fantasy games will release on July 28, 2021. These will be available for Android, iOS, and PC (via Steam).
The following three games in the series do not yet have a definite launch date, but they are confirmed for 2021.
First teased at Square Enix's conference at this year's E3, the new series of remasters aims for players to “enjoy the timeless story told through charming retro graphics.” Meanwhile, Final Fantasy V's and Final Fantasy VI's previous remasters have already been removed from Steam to make way for the new versions.
All six Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster versions will include a new user interface and additional content like an illustration gallery and bestiary. Some gameplay tweaks like auto-battle options will also be available. This will also mark the first time the 2D version of Final Fantasy III will be available in the west. Only ports of its 3D Remake have been available beforehand.

Unfortunately, the new Pixel Remasters are already drawing ire from fans, mostly due to their text font. We can hope that Square Enix remedies this before launch. Otherwise, the modding community will have to come to the rescue.
You may already pre-order the full Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster bundle on Steam for $95.94. You can also purchase each game individually at a $11.99-$17.99 price range.
