George Hill may have already hinted that he plans to stay put with the Utah Jazz, but he has also made it clear that his free agency decision this summer will depend on his “little brother's.”

The 31-year-old point guard recently admitted that Gordon Hayward‘s decision would factor in on his own. He also added that he believes the All-Star forward is leaning on re-signing with the team with his heart set on Utah.

Despite being swept by the Golden State Warriors in their Western Conference Semifinals series on Monday night, the Jazz still had a highly successful season considering their hadn't made the playoffs since the 2012 and hadn't won a playoff series since 2010. After missing out on the postseason the last four years, they won 51 games this year and even completed the upset against the higher seeded L.A. Clippers in the first round of the playoffs.

Their front office will have a busy summer with the potential to lose two starters to free agency. With the skill-set Hill and Hayward possess, they will receive a lot of interest from teams around the league from teams who are a piece or two away from being legitimate championship contenders. Being able to offer the most money is where their advantage lies, as well as sell the idea of building something special with the Jazz following their promising run this season.
