The speculation surrounding Dez Bryant going to the New York Giants took another interesting twist as the former Dallas Cowboy posted a video of himself working out with Giants wideout Odell Beckham Jr.

In a vacuum, the video itself would have raised an eyebrow or two. Although it's the offseason and players do like to workout with one another, it's interesting that the two decided to workout as Bryant was a free agent. And given the other things that have gone down lately, it does not seem like much of a coincidence that the video dropped when it did.

Bryant posted the video on the heels of the Giants’ release of veteran wide receiver Brandon Marshall, which has conveniently opened up a spot on the roster for Bryant. When asked about possible interest in Bryant, Giants general manager Dave Gettleman coyly smiled.

Of course, Bryant has not exactly made it a secret of his desire to stay in the NFC East. He said as much shortly after his release from the Cowboys. And a few days later, he fueled speculation about his desire to go to New York after saying it be “crazy” to join the Giants as he praised all the different parts of their team.

After this video and Marshall's release, it might not be long now until another bit of news surrounding Bryant drops: that he's already found his new team this upcoming season with his former NFC East rival Giants to team up with workout buddy Odell Beckham Jr.
