Memphis Grizzlies star Ja Morant is the most entertaining guy in the NBA, and he has the numbers to back it up.

Morant set all sorts of records with his 52-point explosion on Monday night against the San Antonio Spurs. Not only is he the first player ever to score 50-plus points for the Grizzlies in franchise history, he also broke the Memphis curse of being the only team to not have a 50-point scorer.

Beyond the basketball court, however, the 22-year-old made rounds on social media with his spectacular highlight plays and overall performance. According to NBA PR, content from his career night against the Spurs generated more than 80 million views across NBA social assets.

Remember his buzzer-beater alley-oop off a full-court inbound pass from Steve Adams? That just drove 42.1 million Instagram video views for the NBA, which is the most viewed IG video ever for the league. EVER.

Overall this season, the Grizzlies superstar has generated 385 million views on NBA social, which is the third-most behind Stephen Curry (674 million) and LeBron James (407 million).

Truth be told, Ja Morant could've probably brought more views for the NBA had he not been sidelined earlier in the season due to knee injury and entered health and safety protocols. Heck, it's not even hard to imagine him making everyone crazy and creating a huge buzz had he joined the dunk contest.

Morant's athleticism, leadership and winning mentality have drawn a lot of attention to him, and there is no doubt he is embracing it. The season is far from over, and by the looks of it, there are more records that the youngster would probably set.
