Atlanta Hawks point guard Rajon Rondo is being sued over an altercation he and his girlfriend had with one of his girlfriend's fellow apartment tenants.

Toktam Jorshari is claiming she was assaulted by Rondo and his girlfriend in late July after she accidentally blocked access to the driver's side of Rondo's Rolls Royce SUV, which he allegedly parked in a handicapped spot at his girlfriend's apartment complex.

According to TMZ, Jorshari claims Rondo cussed at her before shoving her to the ground, whereby Rondo's girlfriend proceeded to jump her:

But, Jorshari says things escalated from there — and at one point, Rondo “with an extended arm, pushed and shoved [Jorshari] against her vehicle.”

Jorshari says the push “was so violent and forceful that [Jorshari's] sandal shoe flew off her foot and her keys which she held in her hand flew out of her hand and broke into two pieces when the key fell onto the ground.”

Once she was on the ground, Jorshari claims Rondo's girlfriend “proceeded to repeatedly physically attack [Jorshari] by striking her in the area of her head and upper body.”

Jorshari claims she did not fight back — and insists it was Rondo who gave his GF the “green light” to attack in the first place

Jorshari also claims in the suit the whole incident is on the surveillance video in the parking garage, a video which she has in her possession. Rondo — who at the time was still with the Los Angeles Lakers — was not yet in the Orlando bubble as he nursed a thumb injury. The veteran signed with the Hawks after winning a title with the Lakers.

Jorshari is suing Rajon Rondo and his girlfriend for over $1 million after claiming she sustained permanent injuries from the altercation. The veteran point guard is strongly denying the allegations, and his attorney claims the video will actually back up his case.
