The Miami Heat scored a big win on Thursday over a surging Washinton Wizards side, 112-97. It was a statement win for Miami as they took down one of the top teams in the East to position themselves at the very top of the conference.

Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra was in an understandably jovial mood after the victory and he decided to channel his inner Dwyane Wade to celebrate the W (h/t Bally Sports Florida on Twitter):

Coach Spo had us going there and I really thought he was going for it. The slow-mo effect on the table leap fake makes this moment ten times more awesome. To cap it off, the Heat coach shared an endearing moment with Wade himself after the game. There's no denying that these two are a couple of the most iconic figures in Miami franchise history.

Spoelstra definitely had reason to celebrate on Thursday after leading his team to their fourth consecutive win. Jimmy Butler came up with another huge performance in this one, scoring 32 points on 11-of-19 shooting. This was after his 31-point explosion against the New Orleans Pelicans on Wednesday.

The Heat get Friday off but will return to action on Saturday in a rematch against the Wizards.
