The Miami Heat may be without two of their top players when they take on the Houston Rockets on Sunday night.

According to Ira Winderman of The South Florida Sun Sentinel, wings Jimmy Butler and Justise Winslow are both listed as questionable for the Heat's matchup with the Rockets.

Butler is dealing with a left foot bruise while Winslow is nursing lower back stiffness.

Butler, who is in his first season in Miami, missed the first three games of the year due to the birth of his child. He returned against the Atlanta Hawks on Tuesday, logging 21 points, five rebounds and three steals in a blowout win.

The Heat then faced the Hawks again on Thursday, and in that contest, Butler posted just five points off 2-of-11 shooting, but he contributed 11 assists, four rebounds and six steals in another victory.

Miami acquired Butler in a sign-and-trade with the Philadelphia 76ers at the onset of free agency.

Meanwhile, Winslow missed the Heat's last game due to his back issue. In the four games he has played this season, he is averaging 14.8 points, 8.5 rebounds, 5.8 assists and 1.3 steals over 37.8 minutes per game while shooting 37.7 percent from the floor, 30 percent from three-point range and 58.8 percent from the free-throw line.

The 23-year-old is now in his fifth NBA season and owns career averages of nine points, 5.4 boards and 2.7 assists per game.

The Heat have gotten off to a strong 4-1 start this year. They are coming off of a 2018-19 campaign in which they won just 39 games and missed the playoffs.
