Miami Heat guard Justise Winslow spent a significant stint as a starter, but that all came to an end against Miami's most recent game.
Winslow had started 15 consecutive games, but Heat head coach Eric Spoelstra decided to make a change for the game. The Heat lost, 117-105.
But Winslow did not appear too perturbed about losing his starting spot, per Manny Navaro of the Miami Herald.
“For me, it’s just about staying aggressive, being aggressive, shooting the open looks with confidence and trying to get to the hole and finish and make plays for others,” Winslow said.

Fifteen games is a lot for a player as young as Winslow, who normally is a bench player that is asked to play defense. But he got the nod for those 15, which means Spoelstra saw something in the third-year player out of Duke.
But Winslow has not shot the ball well so far this season. He's only at a 41.4% clip overall, and 31.4% from the 3-point line, per Basketball Reference. Perhaps Spoelstra just wanted a different look that may have given him more spacing to start games.
Be that as it may, Winslow is still a young player in the league and is still growing and maturing. Those 15 starts are likely not the last of his career, and he should stick with whatever he's doing — except that shooting; that has to be better.
