Miami Heat All-Star small forward Jimmy Butler has an insane work ethic, so it shouldn't surprise anyone that the new franchise star in South Beach is training hard during the NBA suspension.

Staying inside is very important during the coronavirus pandemic. Butler, who is fortunate enough to live in beautiful Miami, is showing NBA fans as a whole how to train like him while in quarantine.

Before the season got suspended, Jimmy Butler and the Heat were in fourth place in the Eastern Conference standings with a record of 41-24.

In his first season with the Heat, Butler has been stellar. The five-time All-Star has appeared in 54 games in 2019-20, averaging 20.2 points, 6.6 rebounds and 6.1 assists.

Butler appears to have found a home with the Heat after traveling around the past few seasons. His aggressive attitude and style of play is exactly what Miami wants from its players.

The Heat missed the playoffs last season, which was a bummer since fans didn't get to see Dwyane Wade compete in the playoffs one final time before retiring. Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo had Miami in the title picture before play was suspended. If the season resumes, they will likely play in the postseason.

NBA owners are hoping to resume the season in the summer. The CDC is currently recommending no large events of 50 or more people for the next two months.
