The Super Bowl has captured the attention of millions of fans all over the world. A lot of them then took to their social media accounts to let their followers know who they are rooting for, which includes professional athletes from different sports. Utah Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell was one of them as he tweeted his support for the Philadelphia Eagles before the game started.

Upon seeing the post though, Mitchell's teammate in Joe Ingles saw it as an opportunity to troll the Jazz rookie. He replied to his tweet saying that he will root for whoever the Eagles are up agains.

Mitchell had the last laugh on the night though as the Eagles won over the New England Patriots to capture their first Super Bowl triumph in franchise history, 41-33. He has not fired back at the tweet Ingles has made, but it will be very interesting to see what the scene will be when they see each other in practice. The 21-year-old Louisville product has won this round and it's something worth keeping an eye on if the two will have more exchanges on social media in the future.

For what its worth, the Twitter exchange they had only goes to show the kind of relationship the two are having. Being a rookie, it is understandable that his veteran teammates are picking on him often, but it can be expected that things will change after this season, especially with Mitchell establishing himself as the future of the Jazz, and could even win the Rookie of the Year Award this year if he takes his game to an even higher level.
