The Minnesota Timberwolves center followed a Gorgui Dieng miss from the right wing, making a rim run from the outside of the paint to slam it home over the 6-foot-5 shooting guard.

Towns was on a tear during the first half, totaling 15 points in 15 minutes, along with nine rebounds and two assists while going 7-of-7 from the line. If not for foul trouble, the big man would have had a chance to rival his performance from two days ago.
