Sacramento Kings guard Iman Shumpert was stopped by security from entering the Portland Trail Blazers' locker room and going after Jusuf Nurkic after the Kings' 115-107 victory on Monday night.

Shumpert was apparently not happy over a hard screen that Nurkic set in the second half:

“Some stuff needed to be between me and him, a conversation between two men,” Shumpert said, according to The Associated Press. “Some stuff happened out there that we needed to have a conversation about. That's it.”

Shumpert then proceeded to apologize to Kings fans on Twitter for his actions:

The 28-year-old picked up a technical foul in the third quarter and later had to be restrained by a teammate after arguing with someone on Portland's bench.

While  Shumpert was apologetic afterward, Nurkic wasn't having any of it:

“I'm not going to worry about it,” said the Blazers big man. “He's going into retirement soon. I'm not going to worry about a guy who's going into retirement soon.”
