In anticipation of the Golden State Warriors‘ second-round matchup against the Utah Jazz, shooting guard Klay Thompson had a bit of an oops moment when discussing potential game strategy against the rugged fifth seed.

When asked about the stylistic difference between the two team, Thompson got caught on one too many rhymes and lost his train of thought mid-sentence.

“Not too much, I think we just do what we do best,” Thompson told Anthony Slater of the San Jose Mercury News. “We run and gun and just have fun and… [inaudible]… [crickets]… meh, I forgot what I was about to say.”

Thompson might have the short-term memory of Swiss cheese, but as long as he keeps his sniper fire on lock, there won't be much to complain about from the Warriors' end.

Golden State will have a whopping full eight days of rest before tipping off their best-of-seven series against the Jazz on Tuesday, one which they won 2-1 throughout the regular season.
