Julius Randle has been doing it all for the New York Knicks of late. On Thursday night against the Orlando Magic, the All-Star forward took on the role as the team's primary playmaker, and it resulted in quite a feat for Randle.

After just two quarters of play, Randle had already dished out no less than 10 assists through the first 24 minutes of action (h/t NBA on Twitter):

Randle's shot wasn't falling during the first half against the Magic (he went 2-of-10 from the field and 0-of-3 from distance) so he decided to get his teammates involved in the action. Randle's decision clearly worked in his team's favor as they entered the break with a one-point advantage.

Aside from averaging a career-best 23.0 points per game this season, Randle has also taken a significant stride in his playmaking with the Knicks. He's currently dishing out a very impressive 5.8 dimes per contest, which is also a career-high mark for the 26-year-old.

Randle has been an all-around guy for New York this term, as he looks to lead the Knicks to its first playoffs appearance in what feels like forever. Randle and Co. entered Thursday's tilt losing two straight, as they sit on the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference with a 20-21 record. A couple of teams are currently breathing down their necks, though, with just two and a half games separating the Knicks from the 11th-placed Toronto Raptors.

Randle will need to keep on doing what he's been doing β€” and perhaps more β€” if he hopes to lead New York to a playoffs berth this season.
