Veteran point guard Jarrett Jack played in only two games last season due to injuries, so it's no wonder why he still looks a little rusty playing for the New York Knicks.

Jack came off the bench and played 24 minutes in their preseason game against the Houston Rockets, during which he posted five points, three rebounds and a couple of assists and steals. His performance was clearly disappointing, and it was further highlighted with his astoundingly bad full-court heave.

With the first half coming to a close, the 33-year-old caught a rebound and threw a Hail Mary to beat the buzzer. And while attempts like that almost never go in, Jack didn't just miss it as he was way, way off.

Of course, a play like that reminds fans it's still the preseason, but it's nevertheless funny and is definitely in contention for the preseason's top Shaqtin' A Fool moment.

For what it's worth, though, Jarrett Jack might have a future as a quarterback for an NFL team.
