Los Angeles Lakers guard Avery Bradley will be questionable to play on Tuesday's game against the New York Knicks.

Bradley suffered an ankle injury during the second quarter against the Detroit Pistons, fortunately, the X-Rays came back negative.

Bradley has already missed a significant chunk of the season due to a hairline fracture on the fibular head of his right leg back in November. Head coach Frank Vogel has slowly been increasing his minutes over time and has started him the past seven games. Bradley has been struggling with injuries the past three seasons as he missed at least 20 games in each season.

Bradley signed a two-year, $9.7 million deal with Los Angeles this past offseason. In 22 games, he's averaged 8.0 points to go along with 1.2 assists and 1.9 rebounds per game. He has been a standout for the team on defense because of his aggressiveness in guarding the opposing team's ball-handlers. Bradley has helped the Lakers earn the second-best defensive rating in the NBA.

Guard Kentavious Caldwell-Pope will most likely be starting in Bradley’s place if he misses time. Caldwell-Pope has been playing outstanding basketball this season as he's shooting a career-high 42.2% from the 3-point line.

The Lakers are seeking to extend their win streak to six tomorrow evening against the Knicks. They're currently leading the Western Conference with a record of 29-7.
