NBA stars are usually partnering up with shoe companies and clothing brands, but Josh Hart is doing something a little different. The noted gamer and Fortnite player is partnering with Turtle Beach, a headset manufacturer that specializes in gaming headsets.

The Lakers star is thrilled to be joining Turtle Beach and the company's CEO, Juergen Stark, is just as thrilled to have the rising young star partnering with his company.

“We strive to align ourselves with partners who share our passion for gaming, & we’re impressed w everything Josh [Hart] represents both as a pro athlete & as a gamer,” Stark told Ryan Ward of ClutchPoints.

Hart is one of the most avid gamers in the NBA and he's thrilled with the opportunity.

Hart is adapting to the NBA lifestyle quite well. The 30th pick in the first round of the 2017 draft is developing into a stud for Los Angeles faster than anyone could predict. He's building on a strong rookie campaign in his sophomore season and his three-point shooting has been a major key for the Lakers. He's currently stroking it at a 42.7 percent clip from deep. He's far from a finished product, but he's showing serious signs of improvement this season.

Hart's ability on the court and charisma off the court will help him in the future. He's a great face for a brand and Turtle Beach seems like a perfect place for the avid gamer to form a partnership.
