After four members of the Brooklyn Nets, including injured All-Star forward Kevin Durant, were revealed to have tested positive for COVID-19 (coronavirus) on Tuesday, the entire Los Angeles Lakers roster plans to self-quarantine for the next two weeks, per the Los Angeles Times' Brad Turner.
Sources: Lakers just had conference call with players and will be tested tomorrow for Coronavirus and will have 14 day self-quarantine.

The Nets visited the Lakers in both teams' final game before the NBA suspended league operations effective March 12.
Durant, 31, joined the Nets last offseason after several seasons with the Golden State Warriors, winning two titles with the franchise and back-to-back Finals MVP distinctions. He tore his Achilles tendon in Game 5 of the 2019 Finals and has been sidelined the entire season with Brooklyn, pushing his on-court debut with the Nets and All-Star pal Kyrie Irving until likely next season.

No member of the Lakers has tested positive for coronavirus at the moment, although Utah Jazz stars center Rudy Gobert and guard Donovan Mitchell tested positive along with Detroit Pistons power forward Christian Wood in the last week.
It's becoming increasingly more difficult for the NBA to resume the 2019-20 season following now seven players testing positive for the pandemic-level virus outbreak, with unknown number of coaches, officials, and staff carrying COVID-19. The NBA initially suspended operations for 30 days but that hiatus appears to now be extended, possibly into June, due to the need to self-quarantine, like the Lakers are doing, and isolate to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
Another complication is the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan, which has yet to announce whether the international games will be canceled or not. The Olympics occur in late-July, casting doubt into the viability, should it plan on occurring, of the NBA season wrapping up in the summer with the highest level of international competition rearing around the corner.
