The Los Angeles Lakers just acquired another key piece for their bid to defend their 2020 NBA title in the name of Andre Drummond and Lakers forward Kyle Kuzma is concerned. After learning about the team signing the reigning rebounding champ of the league, Kuzma expressed his concern towards the rest of the league when it comes to rebounding. And also, Drummond might steal away some boards from Kuz, who's been doing his best Moses Malone impression on the glass as of late.

“I got somebody to battle with on the boards,” Kuzma said (via Michael Corvo of ClutchPoints).

Kuzma added that between him, Drummond, Anthony Davis, and Lebron James, it's going to be quite difficult for other teams to clean the glass moving forward. And, looking at the numbers, he's not wrong.

Drummond, who was recently bought out by the Cleveland Cavaliers, is bringing his rebounding prowess to the Staples Center. He's a four-time rebounds leader, three of which have come in the last three NBA seasons. Before being shut down amid his contract negotiation, the 27-year-old was averaging 13.5 boards per game and is poised to lead the league again in rebounds once he's officially activated by the Purple & Gold.

Kuzma holds his own, too, when it comes to rebounding. The 25-year-old is averaging a career-high of 6.8 boards per game and has been one of the better rebounders for the Lakers, especially with AD and LeBron missing time.

These four average a combined 36.6 boards per game which is indeed a scary sight for the rest of the league.
