Blame it on the plant-based diet. Chris Paul once again showed that he's far from slowing down at 36 years old, as he delivered another mind-blowing performance for the Phoenix Suns on Thursday night.

Paul led the Suns to a 115-109 comeback win over the New Orleans Pelicans in Game 6 to close out the series and advance to the second round. CP3 literally couldn't miss, finishing with 33 points on an immaculate 14-of-14 shooting from the field.

After witnessing his good friend's epic output, Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James took to Twitter to offer an immensely profound comment.

Hard to blame LeBron for being at a loss for words after Paul's virtuosic showing for the Suns. This is where we note that CP3 almost played for the Lakers.

Not a few have written off the Suns floor general before, believing he already reached the end of his prime. But Paul has credited his resurgence to his decision to switch to a plant-based diet a few years ago, and clearly, it is paying dividends.

In his first year with the Suns, Paul led the team to the NBA Finals. This season, the Suns finished the regular season with the league's best record. Like LeBron, who's still tuned in to the NBA Playoffs even on vacation, Paul has delayed Father Time.

The Point God's perfect performance came at a critical time for the Suns, as the returning Devin Booker wasn't his usual self in Game 6. But leave it to CP3, (probably) LeBron's favorite point guard, to find a way.
