The Los Angeles Lakers are listing superstars LeBron James and Anthony Davis as questionable to face the Los Angeles Clippers on Christmas.

James is dealing with a thoracic muscle strain, while Davis has a sore right knee:

LeBron missed his first game of the season on Sunday against the Denver Nuggets. The Lakers lost, dropping to 24-6 on the season. LA is currently on a three-game losing streak.

James is averaging 25.8 points, 7.5 rebounds and 10.6 assists this season while shooting 49.6 percent from the field, 35.6 percent from beyond the arc and 67.7 percent from the free-throw line.

Davis played against the Nuggets and finished with 32 points and 11 rebounds. Overall on the season, AD is averaging 27.9 points, 9.4 rebounds and 3.3 assists and shooting 49.9 percent from the field, 29.8 percent from beyond the arc and 85.5 percent from the free-throw line.

The Lakers are still in first place in the Western Conference despite being on a three-game losing streak. People around the league would be shocked if LeBron and Davis don't play on Christmas against Kawhi Leonard, Paul George and the Clippers.

The Lakers lost on opening night to the Clippers sans George, so you would assume the Purple and Gold are motivated to get their revenge on national television.
