Thursday night produced arguably the best game of the entire NFL season as the Kansas City Chiefs took down the Los Angeles Chargers in overtime, 34-28. Lakers superstar LeBron James was an avid spectator of the high-octane game and at one point, The King decided to showcase his reporter skills.

The Lakers star caught wind of a tweet by ESPN showing some of the biggest celebrities that were in attendance during the contest. LeBron saw a couple of his buddies on there so he decided to retweet the photos with a hilarious caption:

In case you were wondering, that's Maverick Carter who's sitting beside hip-hop mogul Jay-Z. Cater is LeBron's childhood friend turned business partner. The 41-year-old entrepreneur has several businesses with James which includes the media outlet SpringHill Entertainment. Carter's company is also behind Bleacher Report's highly popular spinoff, Uninterrupted.

In the second photo is Grammy award-winning artist Adele, who's cozied up with boyfriend Rich Paul. Paul is also a long-time friend of the Lakers star and he also serves as LeBron's sports agent. He's also the founder of Klutch Sports Group, which happens to be one of the most prominent sports agencies in the world.

Needless to say, it definitely pays to be LeBron's friend.

The stars came out to watch the Chargers host the Rams and although the home team ultimately fell to Patrick Mahomes and Co., there's no denying that everyone in attendance was treated to an amazing contest between two of the top teams in the league. Even LeBron himself was impressed.
