Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James know how to motivate his teammates, just ask his former teammate in the Cleveland Cavaliers Channing Frye.

During an appearance on the Dan Patrick Show, Frye revealed how LeBron motivated him and his Cavs teammates in games during their run together. As the former NBA champion shared, LeBron often gives his teammates “the look” whenever they lack confidence, after which he delivers one simple line that helps bring their self belief back.

“If he passed you the ball and you don’t shoot it because you missed two, he’ll look at you like you’re crazy. Then he goes, ‘You don’t think I know what I’m doing? Shoot the ball.’ And I’ll be like, ‘Dang. You are LeBron so I probably should shoot it next time.’ It’s all encouraging. It’s all good. He’s one of the best teammates I’ve had,” Frye shared of the current Lakers leader.

LeBron James has always been known as a player who makes his teammates better, and clearly, it's more than just due to his skills but also because of his leadership.

For what it's worth, like what Channing Frye said, it's hard not to be encouraged by the Lakers star with what he says to his teammates.

While the Lakers forward has had his fair share of criticisms, it can't be denied that he is one of the best basketball players to ever step on the NBA hardwood. He has four championships and four MVP trophies to show for it.

Every team LeBron joins become title contenders, and if one of the best to ever do it believes in you, how can you not?
