After the Los Angeles Lakers defeated the Denver Nuggets on Monday by way of a Kyle Kuzma game-winner, LeBron James was asked to react to Kuz's “Jesus” comment.

For those who missed it, Kuzma said after the game that he'd “probably still shoot” his game-winning shot even if Jesus was the one in front of him.

LeBron James also went on to say that Kyle Kuzma has to be the third-best player for the Lakers to win the title down at Disney World. The team knows what it's going to get from James and fellow superstar Anthony Davis, but since Kuzma has yet to play in the playoffs, it's unknown how he'll perform.

The Lakers close out the seeding games on Thursday against the Sacramento Kings. Los Angeles is still waiting to see which team it will play in the first round of the playoffs.

After Monday's game, Kuzma is now averaging 12.8 points, 4.5 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game for the Lakers this 2019-20 season. The talented youngster is shooting 43.6 percent from the field, 31.6 percent from beyond the arc and 73.5 percent from the free-throw line.

James, meanwhile, is putting up 25.5 points, 7.9 boards and 10.3 assists in his second campaign with the Purple and Gold. The King has struggled with his shot in Orlando, so that's an area of his game he'll have to work on before the postseason starts.
