LeBron James dropped 50 points on the Washington Wizards. At age 37, that alone is an insane feat that proves the Los Angeles Lakers forward is a freak of nature.

But after dropping 56 points just two games prior, Lakers fans weren't too far removed from seeing this level of greatness from King James. This second 50-piece, however, netted him a feat that's never been done in NBA history. All it took him was one week to do it.

The Lakers star became the first-ever player to have multiple 50-point games after turning 35 years old.

LeBron James continues to defy Father Time in a way we've only seen from Tom Brady as he's redefined the limits of superstardom well past an athlete's usual prime in the sport.

However, the fact that LeBron James is being forced to go deep into his well of energy on nights like these isn't exactly an encouraging sign for the LA faithful. The Lakers have needed him to go hero mode more than you'd want from your best player who's well past the average age of NBA retirement.

But with the Lakers fighting for their play-in lives, LeBron has had to do LeBron things, and make history in the process.
