LeBron James is bound to experience plenty of changes through this summer — a new team, a new weather, and the opportunity to stay close to his family as his oldest son enrolls in an L.A. high school.

Yet one thing that won't are the numbers across the chest, slated to keep his signature No. 23 jersey during his tenure with the Los Angeles Lakers after signing a four-year, $154 million deal with the team on Sunday.

ESPN's Darren Rovell revealed that Fanatics, a sports gear brand, had changed the placeholder number for his jersey pre-order from No. 00 (used for custom jerseys) to his familiar No. 23.

This will bring a sense of familiarity for fans of The King, who will now take his kingdom to La La Land in search of another championship.

Among other Lakers to wear the No. 23 are Jim Barnes, Cedric Ceballos, Lou Hudson, Reggie Jordan, and Mitch Richmond.
