Most players and executives in the Los Angeles Lakers organization are still soaking in LeBron James' decision to sign a four-year, $154 million deal with the team.

Among them is point guard Lonzo Ball, who said it was “crazy” to think about, now having the opportunity to play alongside his “favorite player,” per NBC Los Angeles.

The two first met in December, as James and the Cleveland Cavaliers grabbed a 121-112 victory over the young Lakers, as James sought Ball for an embrace.

“Find your zone and just stay f**king locked in,” James told Ball, according to Adam Wells of Bleacher Report. “The media is going to ask you what I told you right now. Tell them nothing. Just be aggressive every single day. It's white noise to you. That's all it is, all right? Let's go.”

Ball is bound to get much more of that same advice throughout this offseason, after suffering a torn meniscus, awaiting further word on what should be the best avenue for his recovery.

The dynamic between two of the league's best passing talents is still unclear, as both are players that need the ball in their hands to be effective, likely making James the primary playmaker and Ball the secondary, giving The King an ability to rest and surrender some of the ball-handling duties.
