Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James is 35 years old and has a ton of miles on his body. However, LeBron is still arguably the best player in the world, and San Antonio Spurs wing Rudy Gay has the perfect nickname for the guy people usually call “The King.”

Gay thinks the Lakers star is a “Decepticon,” the main antagonists in the fictional universes of the Transformers multimedia franchise.

“It’s crazy. Yeah. The thing about it is, I played, like you said, these 14 years for me,” Rudy Gay told Wosny Lambre of The Athletic. “I’ve had injuries, I’ve done all of that. To see LeBron, at this point in his career, still be healthy and still be able to play at that pace, he’s like a Decepticon or something, man.”

James is putting up 25.7 points, 7.9 rebounds, and 10.6 assists per game on the season for the Lakers, all while shooting 49.8 percent from the field, 34.9 percent from beyond the arc, and 69.7 percent from the free-throw line.

Should the season start again, the Lakers will have a 49-14 record, which tops the Western Conference. Los Angeles fans had a good chance of celebrating a championship this season, as both the Lakers and L.A.Clippers were title contenders.

LeBron James was looking for title No. 4 and MVP trophy No. 5 this season. Only time will tell if LeBron will even get the chance to finish his season.
