After the ESPYs on July 18, LeBron James organized an exclusive party. But when a fight went down between Draymond Green and Tristan Thompson, James reportedly left his own party right after.

As per Robbert Littal of BSO:

Whether or not LeBron James did utter those words, it wouldn't be hard to believe. Throughout the course of his 16 year NBA career, James hasn't engaged into petty scuffles in and off the court.

Green and Thompson, for their part, might need to seek advice from James himself. The scuffle happened several months ago in Game 1 of the 2018 NBA Finals. The Cavaliers were easily swept by the Warriors.

And come the Warriors' championship parade, Green stretched out a few more jabs aimed at Thompson:

“They want a political answer but the fact of the matter is we just cut from a different cloth,” Green said at the Warriors’ championship parade per SportsCenter. “It’s a lot of guys in this league … they soft. We just cut from a different cloth.

“That’s all I really got for you. We just ain’t cut the same. I told one of them dudes from the cast after the game, he tried to shake my hand, I said ‘Tristan, we ain’t cut the same.”

With all the playoff drama spilling over into the offseason, what's next in the Thompson-Green chapter? How will the two go at it in the regular season?
