Ever since its controversial release (to say the least) Cyberpunk 2077's developers, CD Projekt Red, have been releasing updates and fixes to all the bugs that bother players.  The latest hotfix, 1.22, addresses some of those persistent quest bugs as well as the clipping on character clothing amongst other stability issues.

The Hotfix 1.22 for Cyberpunk 2077 came with a load of different fixes, most of them focused on bugs encountered during quests. This includes issues with equipping weapons after interacting with a certain panel in the mission, “Riders on the Storm.”

Another common problem that players faced was the glitching of Johnny's appearance after the player buys the Nomad vehicle. The current hotfix is meant to fix those bugs along with the one in the mission “Gig: Until Death Do Us Part” where players were unable to use the elevator.

The hotfix went live last April 28, available on PC, console, and Stadia versions of the game. CD Projekt Red had also released another hotfix earlier this month which focused more on game crashes and other quest bugs.

Unfortunately, the recent set of patches were all developed uniformly. No PC-focused releases just yet which might frustrate a few of the PC Cyberpunk 2077 players.

Cyberpunk 2077‘s consistent update cycle has allowed those players who purchased the game early to steadily appreciate the game's narrative more. Now, fans anticipate each hotfix and update in the hopes of getting more out of the game.

With the announcement that they aim to release Cyberpunk 2077 for next-gen consoles later this year, we can expect CD Projekt Red to speed up the process of getting the game up to standard. Hopefully, this won't mean that the coming patches end up causing more bugs.
