Former NBA player Delonte West was arrested on Oct. 19. Officers reported that he was yelling and making a commotion on a local police station's doors.

TMZ released bodycam footage that showed West going on a rant where he used slurs. He also said he's better than Michael Jordan and LeBron James at basketball. Upon his arrest, West was found with two open containers of alcohol, one container of beer and another of vodka.

“N—-, I was better than LeBron James. I’m better than [Michael] Jordan,” West shouted in the video. “I was the best n—- to play every sport. Shut the f— up!”

Moreover, West was heard calling the cops anti-gay slurs. He also claimed he was Jesus Christ and the president of the United States.

The former Dallas Mavericks guard had recently got his life back on track. Mark Cuban helped him check into a rehab center and West even earned himself a job at that same facility. He has a long track record of substance abuse, and it looks like his last stint in rehab was sadly another failed attempt.

Delonte West is facing charges of resisting an officer without violence, disorderly intoxication, and having an open container. Jail records indicate he was released on bail at 5:46 a.m. Wednesday. West is due in court in November for a hearing after his arrest
