According to Shams Charania of The Vertical, both LaMelo and LiAngelo Ball have begun to weigh their options overseas with the intention of playing internationally.

This immediately comes after it was reported that LiAngelo was pulled out of UCLA by his father, outspoken Big Baller Brand founder and CEO LaVar Ball.

“Harrison Gaines, the representative for LaMelo, 16, and LiAngelo, 19, started initial contact with overseas teams this week, sources told Yahoo Sports,” Charania said in his article.

TMZ Sports also added that LaVar was very upset with UCLA over his middle son's suspension due to last month's shoplifting incident in China involving LiAngelo and two other UCLA basketball players.

“There’s no need to break down a kid’s spirit for making a mistake.”

The three players publicly apologized during a press conference at UCLA once they returned to the United States, but recently LiAngelo Ball reportedly left the school's campus altogether to focus on his training.

LaMelo and LiAngelo starred alongside older brother and current Los Angeles Lakers point guard Lonzo Ball at Chino Hills High School in California. LaMelo scored 92 points in February before LaVar pulled him out of the school prior to his junior season, while LiAngelo had a 72-point game of his own in November of 2016.
