It seems like everyone is talking about Spider-Man: No Way Home recently and  Shang-Chi and The Legend of the Ten Rings isn't getting enough attention. Well thankfully, Shang-Chi's Rotten Tomatoes scores are in. Is the movie as epic as it seems? Or is it another disappointment from Marvel?

Shang-Chi's Rotten Tomatoes Score: Fresh 93/100

After more than a dozen screenings of Marvel's Shang-Chi and The Legend of the Ten Rings, the review ban has been lifted and the Rotten Tomatoes score is in. The latest Marvel Studios movie endeavor receives an impressively “fresh” score of 93% through 56 reviews.

Phase Zero co-host Jamie Jirak wrote a spoiler-free review on Comicbook.com saying:

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings is one of the Marvel Cinematic Universe's best origin stories to date, filled with stunningly choreographed action, unexpected laughs, and a whole lot of heart,” Jirak wrote in ComicBook.com's official review. “Even if you're unfamiliar with the Shang-Chi comics, this film is worth seeing on the big screen. And be sure to stick around for both the mid-credits and post-credits scenes, which are guaranteed to please any Marvel fan. With the addition of Simu Liu, Awkwafina, and Meng'er Zhang, the future of the MCU is looking bright.”

Shang-Chi's Rotten Tomato scores say a lot but I guess we'll have to see the movie ourselves in order to tell if it's actually as good as the reviews. I, for one, am very excited for this martial arts filled Marvel movie and simply can't wait to see Wong and The Abomination duke it out on screen. The best part of it all? Ben Kingsley's Mandarin is officially back in the MCU.

Shang-Chi and The Legend of The Ten Rings hit theatres on September 3, 2021.
