Goran Dragic has long been rumored to be interested in joining the Dallas Mavericks, and Luka Doncic just fueled those talks once again after a few weeks of silence.

On Instagram, Doncic shared a photo with Dragic, hinting that they are working out together. While it is not surprising given that the Slovenian stars are both in their native country, fans couldn't help but react to the photo and the possibility of them teaming up with the Mavs.

Besides, Dragic himself confirmed that he “definitely” wants to play alongside Luka.

Fans took to Twitter to share their reactions to the latest photo that sparked the Goran Dragic-to-Mavs talks once again, with several Dallas supporters calling for Mark Cuban and Co. to make it happen.

Goran Dragic is currently with the Toronto Raptors after being dealt to the Canadian franchise in the Kyle Lowry sign-and-trade deal. With that said, the Mavs have to trade for him if they  really want him as Luka Doncic's backcourt partner.

For what it's worth, Dallas has not given any indication that they are interested in Dragic. The team needs another playmaker who can ease off the load on Doncic, but at 35 years old, a slew of injuries and his best days behind him, the Mavs seem to be uncertain if the veteran guard is the answer to their problems.

Nonetheless, with his experience reaching the NBA Finals, Dragic could be a good addition to the young Mavs looking for a veteran presence in the locker room.
