San Francisco will turn to Kevin Gausman as they hope to complete the sweep. Gausman is having a Cy Young caliber year with an 8-1 record and 1.51 ERA through 14 starts. Shohei Ohtani will man the mound for the Angels as they look to salvage this series. The Angels ace is 3-1 with a 2.70 ERA and 73 strikeouts through 10 starts. He has had a strong June with a 2.65 ERA and just three walks through 17 innings of work. The MVP candidate allowed just one run over six innings in a win over Detroit on Thursday.

Although I love what Shohei Ohtani is doing this season, one man can't beat the best team in baseball that has their ace on the bump. Kevin Gausman has been ridiculous this season and the Giants offense doesn't know how to have an off game.
